Elizabeth Sinclaire
Elizabeth has been a midwife since 2011 gaining a wealth of experience in low and high risk care. Working initially in a homebirth team before transferring to inpatient rotation in 2014 and becoming a Labour ward coordinator in 2018. Recently she has been appointed Foetal Monitoring Lead within her Trust. In addition to these roles, she provides clinical and learning support for midwives and obstetricians on a regular basis. Elizabeth has experience investigating patient safety concerns and ensures learning is acted upon and is currently undertaking a quality improvement project into induction on labour care and outcomes within her trust. Elizabeth is motivated by working with families to improve safety across maternity services for all who access it, learning from both incidents and excellence.
