Erin Walters

Erin is a registered midwife with twelve years’ experience. Her passion lies within clinical governance, personalised care and ensuring care and systems are improved to enhance safety and service user satisfaction.

Currently, she is a key part of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework model and utilises both systems and human factors approaches when undertaking any reviews. She has undertaken training in both Quality Improvement and Clinical Education to utilise these skills to improve and enhance safety within midwifery. 

She prides herself on family engagement and actively work alongside our Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership.
