Heledd Jones

Heledd joined the team in Liverpool Women’s Hospital at the end of June 2022 after working in North Wales for the past decade and prior to that working as a midwife in the Wirral, Guernsey and in the United Arab Emirates. 

She has seen vast changes in Maternity Services over the past 30 years and one core principle she will always adhere to and promote to others, is keeping women and their families at the centre of care. Kindness and compassion are essential ingredients of a midwifery leader, together with a blend of insight and humility, which Heledd endeavours to consistently portray.
