Lorraine Thompson
Lorriane has worked for the NHS for fifteen years; She is dual trained as an adult nurse and midwife. She undertook her nursing and midwifery training in London and worked there for five years, then relocated to South West England where she has been working for the last ten years.
She is currently work as a delivery suite coordinator, where she is responsible for leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team across delivery suite, ensuring safe care is provided to all women, while creating a supportive and positive working environment. She has a broad knowledge and skills across the midwifery continuum.
Lorraine has recently completed the Mary Seacole Leadership course part of the NHS leadership academy.
