Susan Ward

Susan has been a midwife for 24 years, she trained in London and has worked in Wiltshire for most of her career.

She has worked in all areas of midwifery, became a sister in delivery suite, and now works as a specialist midwife working in antenatal and newborn screening, where she is privileged to work with the fetal anomaly screening programme and to support Public Health England’s quality assurance programme by joining visits to other hospitals to support service development and improvement.

Susan is passionate about supporting families through our maternity services, ensuring it is safe and accessible for everyone.
