Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (ANNP)

Adele is the lead ANNP working in the level 2 Neonatal Unit at Great Western Hospital in Swindon. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working clinically within neonates, in tertiary, local unit and transport settings. She has gained extensive knowledge and broad experience in many neonatal settings, which will enable her to effectively examine any neonatal cases of concern and highlight both good practice and areas for development.

Her current role involves working clinically across delivery suite, the neonatal unit and transitional care with current projects focused on improving transitional care services and promoting higher rates of Kangaroo care, as she previously lead a project introducing Kangaroo Care in Transport in the UK.
